This is non-negotiable. Every professional mechanic owns their tools. It builds ownership, pride in your work, and skin in the game. You will not be left to figure it out alone — Christian will walk you through exactly what to buy, where to get it, and how to avoid wasting money on the wrong things.

The starter kit runs $150–$300 depending on where you source it. Christian will help you source the right tools at the right price before your first day — so you show up ready, not guessing.

Before your first day, you will go over the starter list together, find the best sources for your budget, and make sure you are not overpaying. No guessing, no wasted money.

Once you are set up, you are expected to have your tools every single day. A mechanic without tools is not a mechanic. That standard does not flex.
